“I have lost 12 stone 9.4 pounds... this plan has changed my life!”
So absolutely delighted to be able to say that in just under 2 years I have reached (and exceeded) my goal weight!!! This fabulous plan has seen me be able to lose 12 stone 9.4 pounds!!!
When I started I wanted to get down to a weight that put me in the “normal” BMI range – as that got closer, I set what a couple of years ago would have seemed a ridiculous and impossible new goal of getting under 10 stone!
Having not been able to weigh for 8 days as I have been visiting family, I weighed this morning and have totally surpassed my dreams and expectations!
I know I have said this before, but this plan is truly life changing – it’s hard work, needs commitment and will power to make lifestyle changes, but the results are out of this world!!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you Terri-Ann – being able to walk into shops yesterday and buy size 8 clothes is all down to you and your amazing plan and the support from other members in the group is second to none!!
Now time for me to move to the maintenance phase of the plan – eeek!!
Good luck everyone with your 123 journeys – we’ve got this!! xxx
“I have lost a total of 3.4 stone thanks to the amazing support from 123”
I literally could not be any happier & it’s the happiest I’ve felt about my self in a while. Hard work really does pay off, I am constantly on and off my diet that’s why it’s taken me so long. I still got a little more weight to shift to get to my goal. But I’m so close to it now and I’m just so happy!
Start weight 12 stone 10 pound, my weight now 9 stone 5 pound – goal weight 9 stone!
“So far I have lost almost 4 stone on this plan!”
I have always been on the larger side, but it was getting to the point a couple of years ago that I couldn’t believe how much I weighed, I was approaching 30 and unhappy! I decided that it was my turn to do something about it! I tried the weekly groups, the juice diets etc, none of them realistic! Then I came across the TA 123 plan.
I purchased the plan last year, I started loosely and followed some of the principles, I was loosing weight but not at great speed. This year I decided to sort it out and do this properly!! No more half heartedness. This was down to me!!
So far I have lost almost 4 stone on this plan this year (I have been naughty at times) but this is all part of the journey. I write this with a TA 123 shake in hand. I love this plan, it has changed me and made me want to do better.
The most important aspect is the one to one support 7 days a week that helps keep you focussed without the advisors I don’t think I would be this far.
Thank you all TA 123 Team xxx
“I've had to buy a new wardrobe thanks to this amazing plan!”
This weekend I have sorted through my drawers and rid myself of all clothes that no longer fit! 5 black bags and now have 7 out of 11 drawers empty! Many items still have tag on! However, looking forward to buying a new wardrobe.
“I lost 4 stone in 4.5 months!”
Have finally done it. 4 stone gone. Am so thrilled. 2 weeks before my holiday. A lot of hard work over 4.5 months but was so worth it!
“I've lost 4st 11.6lb and I'm 7lb away from my 10st target!”
I started this plan on the 10th of January last year after I was told by family members that I had put on a lot of weight. I didn’t think I had put on a lot so I was very shocked when the scales said 15st 4.6lb, this was the heaviest I had ever been! Before I had my first daughter 17 years ago, I was a size 8/10 and weighted about 9 stone. My weight has been up and down since having my youngest daughter 13 years ago and I did manage to get to just under 10 stone 4 years ago but unfortunately I had put it all back on plus a bit more by January last year. I was a bit apprehensive about starting this plan as I had done so many diets in the past that haven’t really worked or I haven’t stuck to them. This plan has worked really well for me and the best part about it is the endless support available. I’m now pleased to say that I’ve lost 4st 11.6lb and I’m 7lb away from my 10st target.
“This year I am so excited for my holiday as I know I will be 4 stone lighter and so much more confident.”
Just wanted to share my journey…
I set a target for myself on the 5th of March, this was to loose 4 stone by 20th of August… in all honesty I thought I could never do it and had set the bar way to high! I have now lost 3 stone 7lb and am only 6lb away from my 4 stone target.
I can not thank the Terri-ann 123 diet enough, not only terri-ann but all the staff that work incredible hours to get everyone through their journey, without this diet I wouldn’t of gone from a size 18 to a size 12 in such a short amount of time. Anything you need help with is answered within minutes, not only from the staff but from other members.
Comparison pictures is a huge part to play in keeping me motivated. I wanted to loose 4 stone by the 20th of August ready for my holiday to Benidorm on ‘re 26th of August. I can not even explain how happy I am with fitting comfortably in size 12 clothes. I now even buy clothes that I would never wear before, I would get myself worked up and upset on holiday in Cyprus 2 years ago and in Spain last year, the thought of going out in public with shorts and a strap top on put me in the most vile mood and leaving me feeling vulnerable and feel like people were staring at me…the last couple of months I have worn shorts and short jumpsuits nearly every day and felt proud, confident and normal.
This year I am so excited for my holiday as I know I will be 4 stone lighter and so much more confident.
For anyone that questions the diet thinking ‘how the hell am I ever going to loose weight by eating so much daily or ‘I won’t loose as much weight as other people’ or ‘I won’t stick to it’ have confidence in terri-ann and her team and also the members who are on the same journey as you are because this isn’t a short term fix this is a healthy way of life that not only changes your weight but helps build confidence and makes you feel proud for how far you have come!
Keep going ladies and gentlemen, it’s worth it. It’s changed me that much that I don’t feel the need to take cheat days, I will have the odd ice cream every week or even couple of weeks which keeps me motivated but even when I go have the cheeky bit of pizza or KEBAB it makes me feel sluggish, tired and crap.
Thank you to everyone and good luck to everyone on their journey!
“Without the support group I don't think I would've got to where I am today!”
Hiya, just thought I would share with you my before and after pictures, as I’m changing my eating due to intense workouts. ‘big’ picture was November the picture in the grey leggings is me today, thank you all for your time and advice (seeing some posts, I know sometimes you may feel like you’re repeating yourself over and over) but without the support group I don’t think I would’ve got to where I am today, so thank you xx
“Within 10 months I lost 45.8kg and I have never been happier with my body!”
I saw myself in my brother’s engagement party in summer and I knew I wanted to change. I found out about 123 and I set a goal for his wedding in less than a year’s time. I started the diet in NovembeR. The diet plan was not too harsh due to eating every 2-2 and 1/2 hours and eating real food. Within 10 months I lost 45.8kg and I have never been happier with my body. Thanks to Teri Ann’s diet plan I was comfortable with my look and had a blast in my brothers wedding. Thank you Terri Ann for this amazing diet plan.
“I have started to live and not just exist like I had been before my weight loss!”
I saw the results of the members then and thought I would love to look and feel good again. I dabbled for a couple of months then found out I was pregnant with my 3rd child. The plan went to the back of the draw and stayed there until March this year.
I did not see what everyone else saw. I never thought I was as big or heavy as what I was. I had an operation and before I went in I took photos of myself in my underwear, that was when I realised what I had done to myself, I finally opened my eyes and I didn’t like it.
I had the operation and told myself as soon as I got the all clear I was going to change, I needed to change. I had got in a rut, I was depressed, I hated myself, I didn’t want to go out Id make excuse after excuse not to see my friends, the only time I did leave the house was to take my kids to school.
The 30th April was the day. I started the plan properly this time round I was determined I was going to do it. It was hard to adapt at first I loved my carbs but it got easier.
The weight started coming off, I was taking photos every week looking for a difference. The more weight I lost the more I wanted to do I started to go out a bit more then in June I started pole fitness and yoga.
Now I have started to live not just exist like I had been. The greatest thing for me is I now eat healthy and I eat more now than I ever did. Thanks to Terri-Ann and the Advisors for all the support I have received. xx
“ I lost 1 stone a month in the first 3 months! ”
I started my journey on 4th january, with the hope of losing 5 stone by the end of November, not thinking it would be possible but was determined.

“I’m getting back to a slimmer and confident me!”
I hold my hand up and say I’m one of the lockdown gainers! When being furloughed I thought this is my chance exercise, eat right, drink less but as the summer approached and lockdown continued I just slipped further into my weight gain! I’ve always been a yo yo dieter but having seen the 123 testimonials I decided to order the treat a day plan, and on January 15th 2021 I took back control and started the plan. It’s changed my whole opinion on dieting and how to feel if you’re having one of those off days- I’m still on my journey but I’m a lot closer to my goal than I thought I could ever be. The food and plans are fabulous and my whole family enjoy them too! The support group is amazing and literally support is there through every emotion. I’m getting back to a slimmer and confident me just in time for summer.

Place the onion, carrots and bacon in a large non-stick saucepan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, pepper, stock, rosemary, lemon zest, Italian herbs, basil, tomato puree. Bring to the boil and stir. Then, cover and simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season to taste and serve sprinkled with chopped basil and a tablespoon of natural fat free yoghurt.
Suitable for Stages 2 and 3 ONLY.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix all the ingredients together in one bowl and pour into small baking tin, spreading evenly. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
Cut the baked oats into slices once cooled.
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4 (approx. 180°C or 350°F).
Coat the beef in the cornflour and then fry (using Fry Light) on a high heat to seal the beef. This helps to keep the flavour in the meat. Once sealed, allow the meat to rest.
Dice the vegetables into large chunks, and place in an oven- proof dish. Add the sealed beef and a few pinches of dried thyme.
Make up 500ml of vegetable stock using the one stock cube. Add this to the oven-proof dish.
Stir well to mix the vegetables and beef in properly and season with a little salt and pepper. The ingredients should be covered with the stock, so add or reduce to suit.
Place the oven-proof dish into the middle of the oven with the lid on, and cook for around 4-5hrs, checking hourly to stir and taste the stew. Add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
Once ready, serve in a bowl and enjoy hot!
Pour 200ml of water into a small non-stick pan then stir in porridge oats.
Cook over a low heat until bubbling and thickened.
Remove from heat and stir half the yogurt into the porridge. Once mixed pour the porridge into a large bowl.
Add the remaining yogurt to the top and serve plain or with one of your fruit allowance.
Boil the kettle.
In a non-stick frying or shallow pan with a lid, fry the onion, peppers, chorizo and garlic in the oil over a high heat for 3 minutes.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes and peas with 500ml boiling water, cover, then cook over a high heat for 12 minutes.
Microwave the rice as per the cooking instructions, Add the rice to the pan and stir, for another minute or so until the prawns are just pink.
Preheat your grill too high. Put a large saucepan of water with a pinch of salt on to boil for the pasta. Halve, peel and chop the onion into small pieces. Finely chop the Basil. Peel and grate the garlic or use a garlic press. Remove the stalk top from the aubergine and roughly 1cm pieces.
Pop the aubergine on a baking tray and spray with fry light and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat then spread out and put the tray on the shelf closest to the grill. Grill the aubergine until soft and crispy round the edges, 15-20 mins.
Whilst the aubergine is grilling, heat a tsp of oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add the onion and chilli flakes and cook, stirring, until the onion is soft, 5 mins. Add the garlic and chorizo and cook for a further 2 mins.
Add the spaghetti to your pan of boiling water and cook. Cook until al dente, around 11 mins.
Pour the finely chopped tomatoes into the chorizo mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer on medium heat until it is nice and thick, 5-10 mins. Once the sauce has thickened, stir in the aubergine.
Add the pasta to the sauce along with the basil.
