I strive to make personal training accessible to everyone, which is why I keep my prices affordable – All in person 1:1 personal training includes FREE a Coaching Package.

I’m Terri-Ann.

And Believe Fitness Body Coach isn’t just a business…
it’s everything I’ve rebuilt myself from.

For years, I helped women lose weight through my nutrition plans.
But behind that… I knew there was more.

Because weight loss isn’t just about food.
It’s about confidence.
It’s about mindset.
It’s about how you feel when you look in the mirror… and how you feel in your own life.

I’ve been the woman who’s had to start again.
More than once.
Lost myself… rebuilt myself… and figured it out the hard way.

That’s why I do this differently.

Yes, I’m a qualified personal trainer.
Yes, I’ve got over 14 years of experience in nutrition.

But what I really do…
is help women get back to themselves.

Stronger.
More confident.
Back in control.

Believe Fitness Body Coach was built to give women real support —
whether that’s 1-1 personal training, bootcamps or online coaching.

But for me, it had to be more than just paid services.

Because I know not every woman has the money, the confidence, or the childcare to even walk through the door.

That’s why I created my free, funded community bootcamps.

To break down those barriers.
To give women a place to start.
To feel safe, supported, and not judged.

Women who were too anxious to join a gym.
Mums who had no time for themselves.
Women who had completely lost their confidence.

Now they’re showing up.
Getting stronger.
Smiling again.

And that’s what this is really about.
