Week 5 of 2017

Hi Everyone

Hope you have all had a lovely weekend, sorry my blog is a little late this week.

I have been away this weekend, we had an over night trip to London for my mums birthday which is today. We watched Motown musical which was fantastic and had some lovely food and lots of drinks.

I have drank off plan while I have been away so like last week I will do a seven day boost and extra cardio to compensate this week.

After my weekend off last weekend I still managed to lose 1.5lb. So before London this weekend I only had 15.5lb to go until pre baby weight.

I must stay on track now as it’s only 2 weeks till I go Jamaica with the family for my dads 50th birthday. I would like to go on holiday with my last stone left to go and then try my best to not gain to much on holiday.
