The TerriAnn Food and Mood Guide has been developed to help you better understand your relationship with food; in particular how your mood can influence your eating patterns and vice versa. This booklet shares some ideas about how you might develop a healthier relationship with food and aims to support you in identifying changes which could be personally beneficial to you.
