Chocolate Chia Pudding

Serves 3

You will need:

– 11/4 cups of coconut or almond milk
– 1/4 cup of chia seeds
– 3 tbsp of cocoa powder sprinkle of salt
– 2 tsp of sweetener

Method:

Mix all of the above ingredients to a large glass jar with a lid, then put the lid on. Shake it until it has mixed all up. Refrigerate until very thick & pudding-like, at least 5 hours or overnight, shaking or stirring occasionally.

Serve the pudding chilled with a couple of raspberries. Delicious!

Please note – for stage 1 do not add any fruit toppings.
