YES, we eat wholesome carbohydrates throughout each stage of the plan. You can enjoy carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes, wholegrain products (pasta, rice, bread, wraps), quinoa, porridge and cereal on the plan.
Aswell as the main foods eaten above you also have your jared, tinned, packet everyday supermarket foods plus condiments
We do have vegetarians on the plan and a vegetarian adviser on the TerriAnn 123 team however our vegetarian members must replace meat and fish options with quorn and meat substitutes. We would only advise vegetarians to join the plan if they eat quorn, eggs and dairy.
Unfortunately the plan is NOT suitable for vegans.
Yes we have alternative food options allowed on the plan such as soya and diary free products which will help adapt the plan to your dietary requirements. We also have an adviser that is gluten free and celiac.
We do not advise pregnant women to follow our weight loss stages during pregnancy. You can however follow our maintenance stage called “Life changes” for a healthy pregnancy gain. Once your baby is born we wouldn’t advise starting the plan until you have had your 12 week check up and your midwife is happy with your health. If you are breast feeding after your 12 week check up we would advise starting on stage 2 of our plan.

Most certainly. We have 1000s of men doing the plan, some alone and some with partners and wives. When men make the decision to join they achieve excellent results.
We do not advise anyone under the age of 18 to join the plan as we feel that under 18s should receive a special dietary plan from a doctor or nurse.
We do have lots of shift workers, night time workers and members that work long hours. You can still follow the plan and we provide help, support and ideas for shift workers such as planning and preparing meals in advance to take with you, batch and bulk cooking.
Exercise isn’t required for results on the plan, around 90% of my members do not exercise. We do provide simple exercises you can try if you wish to introduce exercise but you results are not based on exercise.
Delivery We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched within 1 working days of us receiving your order. Orders above £40 will require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order, a card will be left by the Royal Mail. Goods will be sent to the address given by you at the time of your order and as stated in your confirmation email. Delivery is usually 2-5 working days.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched within 1 working days of us receiving your order. We use Royal Mail air mail which can take between 10-15 working days (in some cases please allow up to 20 days). If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
Alcohol contains lots of sugar therefore to reach your maximum weight loss on each stage either avoid alcohol or drink diet soft drinks and white spirits which will have the minimum effect on your loss.
“Alcohol intake can significantly increase calorie intake therefore can slow down weight loss. Try to avoid alcohol whilst on the plan but if you want to drink alcohol I recommend that you opt for white spirits and diet mixers as this will have less effect on your weight loss than other drinks.”
Upon receipt of your plan which includes a membership you will receive instructions and be given access to our members support group which includes all of your membership benefits.
Yes you can enjoy treat days and cheat days if you follow The TerriAnn 123 Plan 12:2 Indulgence day rules.
The principle behind TerriAnn’s 12:2 indulgence day is simple: During the course of the year The TerriAnn Plan 12:2 Indulgence rule allows for up to 12 days off to enjoy naughty treats without effecting your goal.
Your 12 days off plan should ideally be spread throughout the year, with no more than 2 consecutive days during a week.
If you have a smaller amount of weight to lose have on average of 1 day per month off plan.
After your Indulgence day you should then complete a 7 day boost, followed by stage 2 and 3. Following the 1,2,3 switch thereafter.
The NEW indulgence days are all about enjoying guilt free days.
Remember it’s all about moderation not deprivation with TerriAnn’s Plan
