During this stage you continue to eat the same foods as in stage 1 but you now introduce new higher allowance for starchy carbohydrates plus lots of fruit.
Stage 3: Keeping weight loss moving
During this stage to keep your weight loss momentum we revert back to the lower starchy carbohydrate allowance but continue to enjoy fruit.
The Switch: Kick starting weight loss
On weekly basis you will SWITCH between stage 1, 2 and 3 this is our way of kick starting your weight loss each week.
Life Changes: Maintain Don’t Gain
Now this is part of your journey can be the hardest, weight loss is easy with the TerriAnn 123 Diet Plan but we need to follow this stage so we don’t fall back into unhealthy eating habits.
