About the 123 Terri-Ann 123 Diet Plan

The Terri-Ann 123 Diet Plan is a three stage eating plan. The main foods eaten on the early stages of the plan are from animal; plant and dairy some of which are unlimited (eat as much as you want). There are also additional food group options that are limited but allowed and managed through each different stage.
The plan is made up of 3 key stages the 1st stage lasts 10 days in this stage you will lose weight at a fast pace up to 10lb in 10 days some people exceed this, some people may not but it depends on each individual person. This 1st stage is called the “10 Day Boost” as I think this stage is the boost and encouragement you need to continue with your weight loss journey.
The 2nd stage called “Stage 2 New Food” is where you lose weight at a slower pace around 2lb per week, by introducing additional foods from the nutritional groups for 7 days. After stage 2 is complete you then move onto the 3rd stage called “Stage 3” during this stage you will remove those new foods for 7 days. Once stage 3 in completed you follow “The Switch” which is an alternating weekly rhythm between stage 2 and 3, so on a weekly basis you add and remove different food groups to keep your weight loss moving. The switch continues until you reach your goal weight.

Once you reach your goal weight there is a final section in the book which is the most important part as it gives you new 123 life rules. The Terri-Ann 123 Diet Plan life rules are important you must follow them as they will stop you from re-gaining any of the weight lost and stabilize your body. You should never be hungry, this plan is all about eating and lots of it, this in mind some of the foods you’re allowed to eat are unlimited. There is no calorie counting, no weighing or measuring food, we just concentrating on eating right foods.

About Me...

I struggled with my weight since having my children in 2006, my heaviest being 15st 7lb, after 2 pregnancies (1 twin) in 2 years. I have been on many diets over the years some of which I have lost weight with but always seem to regain the weight lost. Over the years I have gone from 9st 7lb too 15st 7lb then down to 13st 7lb back up again and back down again.
In Jan 2011 I decided enough was enough and did my research on many diets and fitness plans already on the market. Over a 5 month period I took inspiration and ideas from different plans and diets and decided to put them together by playing about with different foods allowed and not allowed. Through my food trials and research, I managed to lose 3st 4lb in 5 months.

In June 2011 I decided to share the plan with family and friends on Facebook, to my delight other people began to lose weight using my method. After over 10 people losing successfully on the plan I decided to put the plan on paper and tell the world about it. Since sharing my plan through this Facebook group I have sold over 6100 books (Jan 2013) to people worldwide and have 1000s of people losing weight and keeping it off.

Its now been a year since I lost my weight and I have not put any of it back on, I also have over 30 people who have done the same.

With the plan, my guidance and support day and night from myself and other group members I believe you can also be the weight you have dreamed of!

UPDATE: I have recently had my 3rd child in January 2013 and followed the maintenance stage on the 123 plan, so gained half of what I gained in previous pregnancies. Now just 5 months on I am only 5lb away from my pre-pregnancy weight.
